Made with a bamboo base and natural horse and boar hair fibres, without conventional nylon bristles. Horse hair gives a softer feel, while boar hair is slightly firmer.

Inside the bamboo base is a small plastic core. This part is necessary to create a secure, durable connection with the electric toothbrush handle and allow the head to function properly during brushing.

We’d rather be clear about that than call the product plastic-free. The aim is to reduce unnecessary plastic where we can, while keeping the small amount that is needed for the product to work safely and reliably.

Rinse the brush head thoroughly after each use and gently shake off any excess water.

Bamboo is a natural material, and while it handles everyday use well, it doesn’t love sitting wet. Allow your brush head to dry fully between uses by storing it upright in a well-ventilated area rather than leaving it in a closed container or sitting in water.

Natural bristles can soften and change over time. Replace your brush head when the fibres become worn, splayed or no longer feel effective, or every 8-12 weeks.
